PRACTICE DESCRIPTION
Wallace Smith has practiced exclusively in the civil litigation area since being admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1983. Mr. Smith has tried over 25 lawsuits to verdict in State and Federal District Courts. Mr. Smith represents commercial enterprises and individuals in civil trials and appeals before all state and federal courts. Mr. Smith's litigation practice focuses on disputes involving real property, real estate entitlement issues, partnerships and disputes between partners, business torts, complex litigation, contract disputes, construction litigation and business/personal consumer disputes. His representation of clients includes commercial and retail landlords and tenants in leasehold disputes. He has also represented clients in numerous arbitration proceedings. Mr. Smith has handled litigation for clients outside of the State of Texas in California, Pennsylvania, Florida and Colorado. Texas Monthly named him a “Super Lawyer” for 2004.
