If you answered Question No. 1 “YES,” give yourself eight (8) points. For every other question you answered “YES,” give yourself four (4) points.

90 to 100: A (Excellent!! Your company is doing a good job of protecting its IP.)

80 to 89: B (Good. But there probably is room for improvement.)

70 to 79: C (Average. Your company’s IP may be at risk.)

60 to 69: D (Poor. Your company may have some major leaks in its IP.)

0 to 59: F (Failing. Your company should take steps immediately to improve its its IP security.)
