RUHL TO SERVE ON KEYSTONE CENTER ENDANGERED SPECIES ACT WORKING GROUP
Firm Of Counsel, J.B. Ruhl has been appointed to the Keystone Center's Endangered Species Act Working Group, a 20-member group of experts on the ESA the Keystone Center has convened at the request of six United States Senators. The Senate has announced it will not consider amendments the House approved to the ESA in September 2005 until the Working Group delivers its assessment of the ESA and possible reform measures. The Working group consists of nationally recognized experts on the ESA representing a broad array of viewpoints, and is expected to deliver its report in February 2006.
