BANK TAKES TOP HONORS AT AUSTIN REAL
 ESTATE AWARDS

Firm client, the Hickory Pass Conservation Bank, won the "Overall" award at the annual Austin Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Awards on March 30, 2004. Hickory Pass is a precedent setting 3,000 acre species conservation bank benefiting the endangered golden cheeked warbler. It was the first of its kind in the region and has been lauded by the US Fish and Wildlife Service as a model for species conservation banks around the country. The Overall award was given to the project ranked highest by the independent panel of judges out of a field of nearly 70 nominees.
