Professor JB Ruhl, who serves Of Counsel to the Firm, recently wrote, with co-author John Nagle, a new casebook titled "The Law of Biodiversity and Ecosystem Management." The casebook, published by Foundation Press, is one of the only of its kind and is rapidly being adopted into law schools' environmental curriculum. In addition to his teaching and writing duties at Florida State University School of Law, JB is actively involved in a number of client matters for the firm, particularly those involving complex or innovative issues under the National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act, and the Clean Water Act.
