Glen to Co-Chair ESA Conferences

Partner Alan Glen will Co-Chair annual Endangered Species Act conferences in Austin and Tucson in 2002. Both conferences are sponsored by CLE International and have been well attended in the past. The Austin conference will be on September 12th and 13th and will include a key note presentation by Ann Klee, Counselor to Secretary of the Interior Norton. Firm Of Counsel attorney JB Ruhl and Associate Craig Douglas will also make presentations. The Tucson Conference will be later in the fall. Douglas to speak at Texas Wetlands Conference

Associate Craig Douglas will serve on the faculty of the Texas Wetlands Conference in Austin on February 21-22, 2002. Douglas will speak on Friday, February 22nd regarding ESA considerations in wetlands permitting. On May 16-17, 2002, Smith|Robertson partner Alan Glen will participate in the CLE International Endangered Species Act Conference in Denver.
